Jobs Description
- ACSEN Agriscience Pvt. Ltd (AAPL) is inviting applications for the position of Sales-Coordinator on a Permanent basis. This Sales-Coordinator will work at the Bangalore Headquarters in Karnataka, India. Applicants should be equivalent with a minimum of 3 – 4 years of relevant experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Preparation of Dash boards and presentations to all stake holders.
- Coordination with HOD, DBM & RBMS for all the required support.
- Coordination with Sales team & HOD for making all the Budgets.
- Coordination with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance & HR, R&D to ensure M&S queries and deliveries.
- Working in major part of business flow of required information and sales management.
- Analysing the sales data to optimize sales efforts and better identify short comings and proposed improvement.
- Managing the gamut of activities including organizing review meetings, product promotions, advertising, effective channel management & department registrations.
- Coordination in Promotional material requirement, designing, and ensuring timely availability to the states.
- Vendor Management & New vendor inclusions.
- Maintaining daily/ weekly/ Monthly report of sales, collection, Ageing Analysis & Mitigation Plans.
- Organizing Team events & Annual Meetings for Internal Team and External channel Partners
- Key Skills:
- Good in MS Office-especially advanced Excel & PPT.
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience as sales coordinator.
Minimum Education Required
- Graduation Agriculture
- UG: B.Sc (Agri)
- PG: M.Sc (Agri)
- MBA – Agriculture
Minimum Experience Required
- Education – Graduate (Agriculture)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales & Marketing.
- Good communication skills.
- Awareness of local market, language and territory.
- Smartphone must.
- Enthusiastic, Punctual and Well-groomed.
- Language Known- Hindi, English, local dialect.
