Jobs Description
- The incumbent is required to manage all campaigns for Airtel Payments Bank / Airtel Money from an ATL(TV/Print/OOH/Radio/Digital) marketing perspective. Apart from communication development, the incumbent will be required to oversee necessary consumer research and evaluate/optimize media plans.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing ATL/Digital agency relationships including evaluation and association.
- Owning ATL/Digital aspects of every campaign, including, but not limited to:
- Campaign Development (Creative brief, communication strategy creative development with agency stakeholders, Marketing mix development)
- Media planning optimization
- Campaign Execution (End to end production and delivery of material to relevant agencies / channels / partners)
- Campaign budgeting and operations
- Internal stakeholder alignments including compliance, legal, alliances, sales, finance, SCM etc.
- Consumer research for Brand / Product to identify consumer barriers and triggers.
- Achieving Marketing and Brand KPIs for campaigns including Awareness, Preference, Love etc.
- Achieving Business KPIs for campaigns including throughput, usage etc.
Minimum Education Required
- Education – Graduate (Any)
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Competence to acquire new skills and knowledge continuously
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good general knowledge and awareness of the business landscape
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions and persuade others.
- Action-oriented and focused on achieving results.
