Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct field trials for dose setting of Pesticide insecticides/fungicides/herbicides at fields depending upon the requirements of the area
Manage the approval for product efficacy in order to register the product and also to manage marketing for the same
Manage the handing over of the product to the product management team
Handhold with the Product Management Team till the time of introduction of the product in the market
Test the crop in which pesticide has to be used in order to decide the required dosage to be further informed to the Product Management Team
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the Product Management Team
Provide farmer demos as part of the handoff to be given to the Product Management Team
Work closely with the other teams to manage cross-functional adaptability
