Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect who can provide technical and solution leadership across Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, integrations, development, and enterprise-level delivery.
The role requires the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and design end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Support integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Identify technical risks and recommend effective solutions.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from design through implementation.
- Work with project teams to define architecture, development standards, and delivery approaches.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and overall solution performance.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk identification, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.
Functional & Solution Leadership
- Understand business processes and convert functional requirements into technical architecture.
- Recommend the most suitable Salesforce products, features, and implementation approaches.
- Design solutions that support current business requirements while remaining flexible for future growth.
- Evaluate customization versus configuration and recommend best-practice approaches.
- Support solution design discussions with functional and technical teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, project managers, and technical teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Participate in solution discussions, architecture reviews, and technical presentations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert recommendations and guidance during key project decisions.
Governance & Team Management
- Establish and maintain Salesforce architecture and development standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance requirements.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and technical team members.
- Conduct technical reviews and promote best practices across the team.
- Support continuous improvement in development processes and solution delivery.
Required Skills
✔ Strong experience in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design
✔ Expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise implementations
✔ Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura, and SOQL
✔ Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware
✔ Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
✔ Understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and sharing models
✔ Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
✔ Ability to work with multiple teams and manage complex technical requirements
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and implementation.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Salesforce technologies.
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience leading technical teams and guiding solution architecture.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud products and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working in IT Services, Consulting, or large-scale technology environments.
