- Futuresoft is inviting applications for the position of Business Development and Marketing Executive on a Permanent basis. These Business Development and Marketing Executive will work at the Futuresoft – Delhi NCR Headquarters India. Applicants should be equivalent with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience. Freshers are not eligible for these post.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market & Competition Research
- Generate, Manage leads over calls, email, video, LinkedIn, Upwork…
- Develop digital campaigns
- Devising web-marketing strategies that have elevated brands from relative obscurity, generated leads/revenue, and increased profits in competitive markets.
- Develop content initiatives to launch blogs, video content and social media profiles to generate thought
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify improvements
- Identify improvement opportunities and execute the same. Interpreting the KPI definitions, and dashboard needs by sympathizing with the business team.
- Ensuring continued success of Experiments on conversion pages, delivering strong profits and Return on Investment to the business leadership and significant inbound marketing results.
- Demonstrated acumen in planning and organizing online as well as off-line events for brand promotion strategies

Minimum Education Required
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
Minimum Experience Required
- Education – Graduate (Any)
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Competence to acquire new skills and knowledge continuously
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good general knowledge and awareness of the business landscape
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions and persuade others.
